At the beginning of 1950's, Ji Tianmao established the conservative mainstream route. It includes several facets as follows: 1) inherits the tradition; 2) attaches importance to the democracy; 3) depends on American; 4) develops economy more, military less; 5) insists on the Peace Constitution; and 6) emphasizes the dominant functions of bureaucracy. On the contrary, the Right Forces which representative personages are Jiushan Yilang and An Shoujie implement another route that differs from the conservative mainstream route: 1) revises the constitution; 2) reorganizes the military; and 3) insists the independent diplomacy. The An and Jiushan cabinet's failures makes the conservative camp rethink the importance of the conservative mainstream route to maintenance the authority of conservation route.The failure of the conservative mainstream route meant that the mechanism came into political from economic times since the mid 1980s in Japan The conservative mainstream route still placed important work on the politics in Japan.Through retrospection the development process of the conservative mainstream route since fifty years in Japan, we can get many meaningful enlightenments from it: 1)it offers the thought basis for the Japan modernization development after the World Warâ…¡; 2) It insures the priority position of ZiMin Party; 3) it constructs the peaceful diplomacy environments; 4) it urges the Money and Power politics; 5) it argues bureaucracy rules, and weaks the Japan politics; 6) it results in the problem of the three streams politic.
