An Analysis Of The Capacity To Bankruptcy Of Non-profit Organizations

Corporations,government and non-profit organizations constitute of three central departments of modern society.Non-profit organizations play a very important role in all the countris and communitis.Maybe somebodies do not know what are non-profit organizations,but if I say other names,people can not feel them strangeness,such as private groups,hospitals,schools and guilds,because they closely connect with all of the people.So many scholars begin to study on these organizations now.There is not the system of non-profit organzations in china because all the public services were supported by the government.If I discuss the capacity to bankruptcy of these organizations,maybe most people will think this thesis has not any meanings,so the bankruptcy law does not apply to these entities.But now there are many changes on the economy in China,many private groups can support the public services.So I think if non-profit organizations can not pay the mature debts,they also can use bankruptcy to deal with their debts. This is the important viewpoint of my thesis.My thesis has an introduction and three chapters.The introduction refers to a question of the capacity to bankruptcy of non-profit organizations.In chapter one,I analyzes the need of these organizations to bankruptcy.At first I introduce the background of non-profit organizations to tell the reason why I choose these organizations as the object of my thesis.Second,I realize that non-profit organizations can be come bankruptcy and they also need it on the basis of the analysis to the nature of these organiations.At the last section of this chapter,I discuss the trend of these organiations in china and know they not only can occur the hazards of bankruptcy but also need the system of bankruptcy.In chapter two,I study the possibility of these organiztions to use the system of bankruptcy from the angle of the capacity to bankruptcy.First,I introduce the system of bankruptcy,and then I argue on the way of the capacity to bankruptcy in all over the world.We can know many countris has applied the system of bankruptcy to non-profit organizations and they using this system have no difficulties.So I think these organizations can be apllied to bankruptcy. Chapter three is the last section and the most important section of my thesis.I think these organizations have many kinds,and they have different nature,so I think different kinds of organiationds have different capacity to bankrupty.In this part,I will class these organizations and separately analyze their capacity to bankruptcy.
