Action Study On Quickening Commanding Officers' Communication In Army

With rapidly rising of the new military revolution in the world, especially extensive use of high and new technology represented by IT in the military field, profoundly gave a series of changes in military theory, battle methods, commanding means and ensurance modes etc. Proved by war and military development, every military revolution's rising, every kind of new battle method's appearance, every generation of arms and equipments'service, forcefully altered the demand of military talents. Nowadays contending for talents and grabbing for talents have been being the biggest and hottest competition, which sets forward a new challenge and requirement for construction of talent team of our army. In order to have the advantage in the current competition of the military field and to seize the initiative on the future informatization battle, our army must innovate in construction mode of commanding talents from the strategic altitude and boost the great-leap-forward development of construction of commanding talents and construct a new-type commanding talent team required for the high-tech war. Communication work between commanding officers is a basic system for reinforcing cadre team construction of our army and entirely stepping up commanding cadre team's quality as well as is an important content of scientific cadre administration. Repeatedly proved by history experiences, reinforcing practical exercises and implementing post communication are the effective ways to cultivate compound commanding talents.
