The Mind Identity (MI) within the image of modern enterprise is one part of Corporate Identity System (CIS). The MI communication activities are the strong assurance that the MI permeates into behavior identify (BI) and visual identify (VI).According to the existing literature, the former scholars seldom inquiry into the MI communication, especially which of the small and medium-sized software enterprises as an independent problem. The MI communication practices of the small and medium-sized software enterprises must be guided by the related theories, which requires urgently that the MI communication be taken into the systematic and overall researches, particularly the main elements involved of the MI communication. The investigation results showing, there exist some general problems in the MI communication practice of the small and medium-sized software enterprises in Chongqing, such as choosing perfunctorily and performing mistakenly of the elements. Therefore, there are urgent needs for empirical analyses-based theory results as guides for these enterprises.The article targets at finding the problems existing in the communication activities of the MI in the small and medium-sized software enterprises in Chongqing through the methods of questionnaire investigation and empirical analysis. And aiming at the problems, the author hopes to advance effective solutions which supply the reference for the communication practices of the MI of small and medium-sized enterprises.
