Northeast has a long history, vast extent of land, and abundant resources. Northeast has undergone the ups and downs of history over the centuries. Northeast that was considered the first son of republic have monumental contributions in the nascent country. It was known that northeast's splendid achievements in the past, but it is sad of northeast's decline after the reform and open. In 2003, Wen Jiabao, Premier of the State Council, explored northeast three times. Then he said that we should put northeast's revival in the important place. Consequently the plan of revitalizing the old industrial bases withdrew the prologue. Hei, Ji and Liao three provinces have been all ready for wriggling out of poor condition, and reviving brightness in the past. However, it has been tow years since this plan began. But northeast's forward pace was still slow, and the wings remain heave. It caused by industry structure and management, besides including an important factor that is northeast men's decline thought and ideas. The spirit's force behind the economic model sometimes decided the model's success on the some condition. Contemporary western"development"stators think that some"internal variable", including theory, ethics, value thought and political idea and so on, play a role so significant in promoting economic growth that economic development should depend on these factors. Therefore we can take advantage of ideological and political education to speed pace of northeast's revival from a new angle.There are tow theoretical bases that ideological and political education sped pace of northeast's revival.
