The Research On The Protection Issues On Network Privacy Right In Our Country

The twenty-first century will be an era of network and information .E-commerce and information exchange via network have displayed their growing important positions and function in our life and will continue to be the main melodies in our future life .The features of network such as its openness ,emulative function ,digitalization ,no-use-of paper ,mutability and high efficiency have exerted great influences on the existing privacy protection system .In the current society ,the information technology is developing quickly ,the popularization and application of internet bring about much expediency to the life ,study and intercourse of the people ,at the same time ,it also expound great challenge about the right to the privacy of internet .For this reason ,every nation in the world utilizes the law ,system and relevant prescript to precept .This article expound situation and feature about invading the right to privacy integratedly ,by drawing lessons from theories and practice of foreign countries and incorporating current situation of our country ,bright out my suggestion.The full text contains four sections .The fundamental substance is as follows:In the first section,the thesis theoretically defines the right to privacy ,the right to network and the characteristics of network privacy in the light of law ,analyzes the difference between the right to privacy and the right to privacy in cyberspace.The second section introduces the protection system pattern of network privacy in the U.S.A ,the European Free Trade Association and the other country in the world ,then give the evaluation.
