A Study On The Validity System Of Juristic Act

This dissertation takes the juristic act validity system as the research object. The content and system of juristic act validity system based on the key issues of juristic act validity system are macroscopically established. The goal is the design of legislative pattern of juristic act validity system to our country's future civil code. The full text is divided into four parts: The first part is the connotation of juristic act validity and orientation of the system. Defining the concept of juristic act validity and orientation of the system, is the foundation to study the main content of the juristic act validity system. The second part is the modality constitution of juristic act validity. The third part is the evaluation criteria of juristic act validity. These two parts are soul of juristic act validity system and integrate the specific and complicated issues of juristic act validity system as a whole. The forth part is the design for the legislative constitution of our country's juristic act validity system. On the basis of research results of the above paragraphs, the author designed the legislative pattern of juristic act validity system to our country's future civil code.The first part studies the connotations of juristic act validity and its system orientation. It is fundamental of the dissertation. The author define the concept of juristic act validity and clarify the regulation status of juristic act validity basing on comparing juristic act validity with other juristic act regulations concerned.
