Water pollution is due to certain substances in water bodies, resulting in the chemical, physical, biological or radiological aspects of the change, thus affecting the efficient use of water, endangering human health or harming the environment, causing water quality deterioration. Water Pollution manifestations including acid rain and ocean pollution. Transboundary water pollution refers to international river pollution. The international river to flow through more than two countries, so it is quite difficult for the prevention and management, legal issues related to the more complex. According to the World Health Organization survey, 80% water pollution on human diseases each year in the world of 2500, more than 10,000 children from drinking contaminated water and died.
