Since 1970s, Neo-Liberalism theory is in fashion. In the developed country and the developing nation, Neo-Liberalism theory makes a notable impact almost on all fields of national political affairs and economic affairs. It seems that Neo-Liberalism has occupied a dominant position. Up to the beginning of the century, even though Neo-Liberalism had been on the wane in the Western countries, it has being popular in the Eastern countries. Neo-Liberalism's spread makes very serious consequences, many counties that had pursued it occurred economic turbulence and many social problems, world economic development and politic situation is confronted with enormous challenge.I want to through this article go deep into Neo-Liberalism's theory system, and make clear its theory defect, and then we can understand it scientifically. The whole article consists of eight parts.Part one: The foreword. This part explains origin of Neo-Liberalism's concept and its academic definition. The article divides Neo-Liberalism to three sects according to their attitude on liberalism; they are extreme Neo-Liberalism, mild Neo-Liberalism, and creative Neo-Liberalism. We will explain their standpoints one by one.Part four: The main standpoints of Neo-Liberalism. This part concludes all sects main standpoints: stand for free, private and market on economy; proposition combating public ownership, socialism and government interference on politics; advocating capitalized and Washington Consensus.Part five: The essence and traits of Neo-Liberalism. The article proposes that Neo-Liberalism's essence is the theory system of international monopoly capitalism. Its theory traits are extreme liberalism on economy and conservative ideas on politics.Part six: Neo-Liberalism's disseminate and influence. This part recommends Neo-Liberalism's disseminate and influence in the U.S.A, Britain, the Western-Europe countries, Latin America, Russia and China.Part seven: Analysis Neo-Liberalism scientifically.
