The Research On The Legal System Of Land Requisition Of China

Along with the gradual establishment of China's market economic system, the process of urbanization, and industrialization is accelerating, application of land acquisition is increasingly frequently used. Having its origin in the planned economy of China's, existing Land Acquisition has many problems such as the judgement of public welfare, protection of land property rights of peasants, compensation of land acquisition, procedures of land acquisition,etc..The land acquisition system must be furtherly reformed and improved.
