Research On Improving Current Fulfillment Situation Of School Educational Labor Union

The school educational labor union is a mass union organization that is set up in basic level school with independent position, an industrial union organization which serves the faculties of basic level school. Its basic functions are mainly embodied in the aspects such as teaching and educating, participating in school management democratically, vindicating concrete rights and interests of school faculties and having ideological and political work on school faculties etc. With the deepening of our country's educational reform, the school educational labor union becomes more and more important. However, in current practice, the phenomenon of educational labor union's unfulfilment is general, which needs improvement urgently. Chapter Two integrally shows the investigation result of current fulfillment situation of school educational labor union in W District, S City.
