The Development And Cultivating Of Armyman's Individuality In The Present Age

Along with the arrival of the information technology as the core of knowledge economy, the developing of our reform and open policy, human's thoughts have a huge changed. Individuality become more and more important and to be well respected, especially for the younger. These changes has also influenced on our army. The individuality of the contemporary esp. of the younger officers and soldiers become more and more evidence. How to understand the individuality development of the officers and soldiers correctly? What's the effect of the individuality development of our officers and soldiers to our army modernization? According to our new military transformation and potential development, what shall we do to promote a healthy individuality? All of these are the new task of our army political work in the new century and new stage.The article took the Marx's theory about the person's full scale development as the guidance, took the comprehensive construction harmonious society as the background, combined the individuality development and some educational theory about it. After the widespread absorption from the domestic and foreign research results, discussing about the contemporary officers and soldiers'individuality development and cultivation. The article has divided into 4 parts. The 1st part, carried on the inspection of present situation of the contemporary officers and soldiers, definited the individuality development; the 2nd part, elaborated the necessary of promoting the individuality development; the 3rd part, constructing the development from our army actual, nature and the duty as well as our army officers and soldiers'diathesis, elaborated the individuality development; in the ending, I tried to give some my suggestion about how to promote contemporary officers and soldiers'individuality development, abased on the changing the idea, making sure about the cultivation goal, establishing the development principle, consummating the educational system, and optimizing the assign mechanism.
