Due to the fact that politics affects the distribution of social wealth and power, the economy comes under the influences of politics and the powers. There are various ways that politics exerts an influence on economy making for differences in the distribution of social wealth and power.First, this thesis analyzes the origin and the economic function of American legal system combining with studying how the system formed and operated, shows that its scientism, objectivism, instrumentalism and neutralism tokens made serious means in economy and politics, and its operating pattern consolidates the power of jurisprudent elites. American financial and industry oligarchs benefit from symbiont of capital, industry and legal system which established on private financing system, constitutionalism and lobbying institution. The standard judging the codices sets up on the capability of encouraging investment. In reverse, the highly concentrative economic structure that legal system brought out made nomocracy more efficiently.secondly, this thesis analyzes the economic function of American Intellectual Poperty Law; studies the advantage of American media's self-discipline giving the content production and selling; searches the specialty of seller's monopoly in media market based on a result of operation of Copyright Law. Then, the thesis points out the fundamental effect of Constitution and Constitutional System of Government configurated the audiovisual industry structure, gains the opinions and conclusions as follows: (1) the Copyright Law System is an indispensable'sword'with'two-edges'which can promotes or damages the media industry. (2) Using more self– discipline, American audiovisual industry succeeds to avoid the supervisal of Government, get more freedom to produce and sell the product. The history of American self-discipline illuminates that competition do not always bringing on the elevation of content. (3) Monopoly and competition are'the two-sides of a coin'. Enacting the strategy of antitrust is a complex systems engineering, and must be calculated carefully according to the conditions of practice. (4) American audiovisual industry established on the basis of private property rights, the commercial operation and highly concentrative market.
