The anti-monopoly law of intellectual property rights has been enacted and implemented for 120 years in the USA during which many classic precedents were settled and much experience was accumulated and the law has been adjusted and improved in the legislation, enforcement and practices to promote technological and institutional innovations, to maintain competition order of the market and finally, to maintain the fundamental market economy system, while policy object plays an psychical role of directing in the legislation, enforcement and practices of the anti-monopoly law of intellectual property rights of America. Therefore, to explore further the anti-monopoly law of intellectual property rights of America, the very policy object shall be profoundly realized and comprehended.This thesis falls into four parts following the research order from macro-mechanism to micro-mechanism. Part one as the introduction mainly discusses the theoretical and practical significance of research on policy object of the anti-monopoly law of intellectual property rights of America, summary of research domestic and abroad and research measures and routes. Part two is the fundamental research on theories of the anti-monopoly law of intellectual property rights. In this part, the meanings and basic attributes of the anti-monopoly law of intellectual property rights are introduced firstly following by exposition of the theoretical bases. Second is a systematic classification of the policy object of the anti-monopoly law of intellectual property rights. Last is the significance of policy object. Part three is the main section. In this part, it is pointed out firstly that the primary policy object of the anti-monopoly law of intellectual property rights of America is to promote innovation and maintain competition. Then in this part, the evolvement of policy object of the anti-monopoly law of intellectual property rights of America is divided into three phases and the orientation, macro-economical contexts of adjustments, further courses of various aspects and reflection i. e the effects on society in legislation, jurisdiction and enforcement practices. Part four is the reflection of the anti-monopoly law of intellectual property rights of America.
