A Study Of The System Of People's Supervisor

The System of People's Supervisor is a creative measure made by People's Procuratorate. This system is supposed to improve the supervisory mechanism aiming at the cases which are received directly by People's Procuratorate to investigate. Duality has been found in the source, legal basis and nature of this system. This essay has made a comparison between the relative systems at home and abroad. It has also explored the content and the feature of this new system. Then the article assumed that, in this system, there exist some defects in the systematic design and some ambiguity in the position, but nationality and developmental space do exist for the System of People's Supervisor for the two aspects included in it: the principle of democracy, the doctrine of check and balance, so this new system should be improved step by step, being one essential part of the judicial reform and the whole supervisory system.
