International political resources is a very important concept in the field of international politics. With regard to the significance of the International political resources in the international politics, international political resources reflect one country's capacity to use resources in a global context, a state-owned international political resources is the base of power exercise in the international arena. International political resources a nation possesses and controls, the more powerful the country's comprehensive strength will be, and the role in the international arena is greater. Therefore, the core of international politics often be presented as the exploring of the international political resources'even fighting. and the Western capitalist countries is the representives in the international political battle for resources. From the old colonial era to the era of neo-colonialism in industrial revolution monopoly capitalist, the Western capitalist countries upheld human rights, proposed democracy's banner, and established democratic capitalist economy, political system, through the establishment of the United Nations, the World Bank, IMF and other international institutions and international organizations to exploit and develop international political resources. Western capitalist countries had a great impact on the international political exploitation of the resources and the development of the whole world. On the one hand, the Western capitalist countries strengthen their own national power through international political exploitation of the resources and development, and speed up the process of its capital expansion.
