Our country passed"The Environment Protection Law(Implementation)"in 1979,which was comparatively early in the world ,but it is not practical. And there are not other related laws to control the special infringement to the environment right effectively .A good ecological environment is the basic need for the human survival. The environment right is one of the important human rights.
