The rapid development of public transport facilities for people's living in many areas, at the same time, it also brings more legal disputes. These disputes between carriers and passengers such as carrier's acts causing personal losses, because of carrier's relatively strong position, are often difficult to protect the rights and interests of passengers. The carrier's responsibilities in compensating for damage has become the focus of people's attention.The thesis attempted through legal perspective from basic transportation contracts in the discharge of the responsibility, and through analysis of the carrier in default and abuse patterns of specific responsibilities to be borne by the system, the basic building transportation contracts carriers' responsibility system, the final responsibility of the carrier to improve our system. The thesis consists of five parts:The part one introduces carrier's obligation and responsibility. First introduced transportation contracts, followed by an analysis of the obligations and responsibilities of a carrier ,again analyzed the legal responsibility on the carrier and the relevant provisions of the relevant laws apply.Part two deals with carrier's liability for breaching contract.This article limited the carrier from the overall to break a contract the scope, and detailed analysis of the carrier's responsibility in the form of three default scope of responsibilities and accountability.
