Studies On One-man Company About China's Company Law

the "Company Law" was considered and adopted at the 18th meeting of the NPC Standing Committee, October 27, 2005, which is called for the new-devised "Company Law". The new-devised "Company Law" become the focus of the law school at the same time: It changes original "Company Law" a lot, Margins as high as 80%, and Introduces many new important system, one of which is one company system.
