| One-man Companies go through a proceeding of absolute denial to conditional approval to full approval in most of countries and regions'company law.In China, on the basis of adequate research and studies,the One-man Company officially gets its legality in The Company Law of the People's Republic China on October 27th 2005.This dissertation is based on the new-devised"Company Law"in China.Together with the related laws and foreign company laws,the dissertion analysizes One-man Company System in China and how to apply the provisions.Furthermore,this dissertation's purpose provide the suggestions with better practical use and theory research. |
