The paper combination of China's sports spectator violence situation and interventions, on the basis of concept defined about "spectator violence in sports" and compare China's countermeasures against sports spectator violence with foreign suitable ways, used method of literature analysis, experts interview, questionnaire investigation, compare and statistical treatment, attempt to study the necessity and feasibility of legislation in Anti-sports spectator violence in China, and made a initial legislation design of Anti-sports spectator violence rules in China.The "spectator violence in sports" is defined as : the spectators who watching matches in the court field implemented to beatings, humiliation, destruction or other means to cause physical, mental or property damage to the victim, hinder the organization and management of competition, and a certain consequences.The conclusion is divided four parts:The first, China's spectator violence of the court field is still very grim, but our countermeasures against spectator violence in sports are not adapted to the practice work demanded. We can draw many lessons from legislative experience from abroad. The most important experiment is the establishment of legislation in anti-sports spectator violence.The second, legislation in anti-sports spectator violence in China is necessary to our actual spectator violence situation and international trends.
