Research On The Indirect Mercantile Agency System

The indirect mercantile agency system is one of the business trade modes in modern society. The indirect mercantile agency has many meanings, especially in the field of economics. In the field of law, the researches relate to the indirect mercantile agency is less. When meeting the problems caused by indirect mercantile agency in the practice of judicature, we also have different ways to solve and different laws to refer. This paper tries to compare the difference of the indirect mercantile agency between two law families; in order to construct and better the indirect mercantile agency of our country; through expatiating the basic concept, value orientation, inner relationship and practical application of the indirect mercantile agency, finally suggests constructing our country's indirect mercantile agency system and law of business indirect agency. Secondly, compare the difference of agency system between two law families, especially indirect agency system. Finally, comparing the system basis of direct agency and indirect agency, find the difference between them.
