The disciplinary system of the enterprise systems is necessary for the production and order, on the one hand, it affects their production and efficiency, on the other hand, it also have a certain impact on the labor rights. The abuse of the discipline will cause labor rights violations to various degrees, which caused the conflicts of labor rights and the enterprise's rights. In order to better protect the interests of workers, I mainly talk about the regulation of law for the disciplinary abuse.this article is divided into three chapters. In chapter I, I first proposed the nature of the discipline. The theorists have different ideas about the nature of discipline, it has not formed a consensus. There have the theory of contract, the theory of Act, etc. Among them, the theory of contract is the mainstream view, at the same time, there is a trends of the integration of the two, in Japan, which try to make discipline be reasonable. and second, I talk about the necessity of discipline. The emergence of disciplinary system is to ensure the order. Labor discipline is an important system would affect efficiency. In achieving this objective, it has also emerge violations to labor right.Chapter II is the theory about the regulation of disciplinary abuse. Section I introduce the violation of disciplinary abuse to labor right, it include the violation of the freedom of marriage, the right to rest and leave, the right to resign, and excessive economic punishment endanger the lives of the worker, and so on.
