The Moral Education Administration On Network

The moral education administration on network (MEAN) refers to a series of social activities under the network surroundings aiming at the stabilization of the society; during the process, the public administrator exercises all kinds of effective measures and resources to take decision-making, organization, guidance and controlling on the morality, ideal and faith of the public, especially the youth.The main body of the MEAN is the public administration authorities. The moral education under network surroundings is both a challenge and an opportunity. Under the leadership of State Council, the public administration authorities consider the current situation and make a series of policies to meet the challenges and opportunities. But the complexity of the network makes the MEAN very hard. It is necessary to have a deep theoretical analysis on the value, target and process of the moral education administration to discover the nature and rules of the MEAN and make a sound foundation for its policy making and design.There are 6 sections in this paper, including the introduction. In chapter1, the introduction section, problems are proposed, MEAN is defined and the current investigation at home and abroad is also presented; In chapter 2, we start with exploring the origin of network, further expatiate the opportunity and challenge on moral education brought up by network through analyzing the basic features of network society; In chapter 3, we emphasize the value and usage of MEAN; In chapter 4, the goal and process of MEAN is emphasized; In chapter 5, we present the design and implementation of process of MEAN and in chapter 6, we propose and discuss the characteristics of MEAN and some assumptions.
