Along with our country industrialization and urbanization being accelerated, the peasant workers become the important strength that city economy and society develop rapidly gradually. Simultaneously, peasant workers ' morality and the value orientation are also confronting with the various choices, and their moral quality is directly affecting the advancement of our country citizen moral construction. In the reality many problems about peasant workers morals quality expose that there exist the certain defects in moral education of peasant worker. Both strengthening the moral education of peasant workers and improving their morality quality are urgent demands that current our country constructs harmonious society.This thesis mainly analyzes how to strengthen moral education of peasant workers from three aspects which bases on the research of peasant worker's moral status in Zhengzhou city. Firstly, this thesis analyzes the necessity of constructing the peasant workers moral education network, regards it as an effective approach of developing the citizen moral construction comprehensively, an object need of carrying out peasant workers' moral education scientifically and the urgent need of building harmonious society. Secondly, it takes that the theory of universal relation and human's full scale development ,and the socialist core value system as theory basis of the network, then come up with the constituent elements of the peasant workers moral education network, which includes family, employment unit, community, social environment and peasant worker himself ,and formates "a five body" moral education network. Lastly, this thesis analyzes the practical operation in order to fully display comprehensive effect of peasant workers moral education network and form the moral education resultant force , such as taking the self-education as approach, the family education as the link , the unit education as the drive, the community education as the leading , the social environment as a platform,ect.
