On The Jurisprudential Study Of The Right To Know About The Administrative Information

The right to know about the administrative information is an important component of democracy and the rule of law in modern society, it is an important civil rights indispensable. This right is the precondition that citizens exercise there political rights such as the right to vote, supervise,and the right to criticize in the political areas. In areas of social life, it is an important way that citizens and society organizations access to important information, this is related to citizens and social organizations can be scientific and rational arrangements their daily lives and economic activities, can cope with the unexpected situation life.The most of scholars in china study the right to know about the administrative information from the administrative or constitutional perspective. This article try to study the right from the jurisprudential perspective.
