This text is started with analyzing the existing problems and reasons of administration supervisory system in our country, it has offered the train of thought how to strengthen and improve the administration supervisory work of our country: The First, guarantee the government decrees are unblocked, safeguard administration's discipline. The Second, strengthen the controls of government's efficiency and optimize the economic development environment. In order to develop economy, we need the environments of " hardware ", such as fund, technology, equipment, energy sources and basal establishment, etc, need to favorable to the " software " environment of economic development too at the same time. The third, strengthen the law enforcement controls of the special project, prevent and punish the corruption. The practice of struggle of objecting to the corruption proves it is very important to strengthen the construction of a clean government of the government bodies.
