Research On The System Construction And Improvement Of The National Supervisory Committee

Since the founding of the People's Republic of China,the new socialist supervision system in China has gone through arduous explorations.From founding to development,to interruption and recovery and reconstruction,the blueprint of supervision system reform has become more and more beautiful.Beijing,Shanxi and Zhejiang have independently explored and experimented,providing samples for national expansion.Supervisory commissions at all levels have taken root and blossomed everywhere.After the maturity of the pilot reform of the supervisory system,the supervisory commission system has been promoted to all parts of the country to realize the reform of the national supervisory system.The author,centering round the right to supervision theory,power supervision theory of marxism,using literature research,the unity of history and logic analysis,theory and reality combination with three kinds of research methods,tightly around the "national supervisory committee" and "national supervision system reform of" two centers,making an in-depth to supervision system reform in our country.The idea of the full text is as follows: the first part is the establishment and evolution of the supervision system in our country;In the second part,China's original supervisory system has made remarkable achievements and has been positively evaluated.However,there are still many problems in the coverage of the supervisory system,the independence of supervisory organs,and the overlapping of duties between supervisory organs.The third part is the establishment of the national supervisory commission,which integrates the original supervisory forces,realizes the full coverage of the supervisory scope,strengthens the independence of the supervisory commission,and coordinates and straightens the relationship with other supervisory bodies.Finally,when the supervisory commission system is being implemented nationwide,we should pay more attention to the problems exposed in the pilot areas,such as the self-supervision of the national supervisory commission and the further clarification of the relationship with other organs,and improve the supervisory commission system based on the problem awareness.The reform of the national supervisory system is a major political reform that bears on the overall situation,which is worthy of further study,so as to provide academic and theoretical support for the better development of the reform of the national supervisory system.
