Against this problem, this paper, for the seek of legal protection of private property rights involved in the urban house dismantlement, demonstrated the correct specification of the nature of dismantlement, the establishment of comprehensive compensation principle, the specific ways to compensate and relocate those who suffered house dismantlement, and the determination of legal compensation standard. Suggestions, which are expected to be beneficial to the improvement of the existed house dismantlement laws and regulations, and to protect the legal private property rights in the extreme degree under the current situation, have also been given in the paper.
