The Study On Disposal System Of Collective Labor Dispute

During the historic transforming period, in which the economy and the society of China have changed greatly, the labor relationship has also changed greatly. In the process of transforming, the problem related to the collective labor dispute has appeared and became more and more severely. As the"World Factory", this problem would prevent China from healthy development, if China couldn't pay enough attention.The appearance and severity of this problem is tightly related to the tide of economy globalization. In this process, the new choice and challenges are confronted to the Chinese government,labor union and the employer organization, and all the parties are playing very important role in dealing with the collective labor dispute.Through the study of deferent types on disposal system of collective labor dispute in the world, and the analysis of that system in China, the author proposed the ideal disposal system on collective labor dispute in order to improve the present system.
