The Criticism And Reconstruction Of System Of Agency In Foreign Trade In Our Country

As an act of law, agency is widely used in international trade. Our country began to carry out system of agency in foreign trade in 1984. However, this system has been proved of little avail in foreign trade for many years, what's the reason on earth? There are many answers. In the paper, the author insists that establishing perfect legal system of agency in foreign trade helps to push ahead this system. The author puts forward some reflections and advice. The author analyzes and criticizes the basic theory of agency in foreign trade so as to establish the system which fits in with the needs of society and is relatively perfect. Our country has joined the WTO, as an important part of legal system of foreign trade, our system of agency in foreign trade must be adjusted constantly, and the theory of agency in foreign trade shouldn't be restricted to the existing law theory and legal rule.
