On The Imagination To Make Our Constitution Monitoring System Perfect

As the fundamental law, Constitution is an important component of legislation in the specified countries. But where there has Constitution does not mean anything's OK. Violations of the Constitution have been frequently occurred.. Therefore, in order to establish a democratic constitutional state, to guarantee the implementation of constitution, to protect the rights of citizens', a sound constitutional oversight mechanism should be established. And how to supervise and ensure the implementation of the constitution is the very important issue in the world's constitutional practice. Since the inception of our Constitution, Chinese law experts have concerned the Constitution monitoring system. And they presented a variety of measures on what models should be established to oversee our Constitution. These theses do the research on China's constitutional supervision system by the approach of comparing. Then on the basis of this, the author draws the conclusion that the creation of the constitution Oversight Committee of the NPC should be the best measure to perfect our current constitution.The article is divided into five parts.The first part is the Introduction.
