Constitutional supervision system is an important construction part of constitutionalism system of our country. The effective operation of unconstitutional review system is of utmost important for the implementation of the construction. Analyzed from the actual situation of our country, many disadvantages lie in unconstitutionalreview system. It prevents the constitution supervision system from exerting its effect, and it also affects severely the unity of social constitutionality as well as the process of the construction of democratic constitutionality. Aiming at perfecting constitutionsupervision system of our country, the author of the thesis compares comprehensively several main unconstitutional review models in the word, generalizes the success and failure of constitutional supervision system in force in our country. Basing on the principle of adhereing tothe political system of our country,, the author puts forward that unconstitutional review model of constitutional committee of continental countries and constitutional court should be consulted,and the reformation of unconstitutional review system of Chinashould be carded out to construct effective unconstitutional review system which is fit for our actual situation.. The author also demonstrates the assumption on the rational and practicable aspect.
