Trend Of Prostitution Gang & Penal Sanction

Prostitution has become a serious social problem in China of the 21^st century. Anti-pornography has carried out for 10-odd years uninterruptedly, which slows down the overspreading of prostitution in some degree. Whereas, in long-term views, during a quite long period of time, action of anti-pornography must not be stopped or slacked off. With social and scientific development, prostitution takes on the trends of diversification of main body, complication of motivation, intelligentizing of liaison, and variation, systematization and industrialization of forms. Among the new evolution trends, in my opinion, gang crimination and industrialization are the foundation of other trends, and it is well known that gang crime is harmful and its penal sanction is difficult, so researchers should pay stress on evolution trend of gang crime. Putting forward its countermeasure and research is of great urgency and importance in reality.This paper analyses the trend of gang crime and reveals the characteristics of prostitution gang from the aspects of amount of persons of the gang, information spreading way, and interest distribution system.
