Public Policy Construction Of Harmonious Society

Since reform and opening up, the economic of our country has been developing rapidly. In the other hand, as the deep-seated social contradictions revealed in the crucial period of reform, that some disharmonious phenomenons have become the important factors which obstruct the development of economic. We will not only to promote development, but also to do everything possible to seek harmony, stability. Established a "harmonious society" has become more important. Established a socialist harmonious society is the latest ruling ideal of Communist Party of China, it is also the highest values and administrative purposes of our government. As a new social development goal, it will require the government in various aspects, the most important in which is public policy. Thus, to explore the context of a harmonious society's public policy is the major theoretical and practical issues of the public administration.First of all, this paper analysised our social problems in present stage based on the characteristics and content of the harmonious society, and found that we focus too much on the immediate interests with the gross national economic output in the reform process. If the government is imposed by international economic pressure, its policy is gradually away from its theme -- social justice. Then we got the conclusion that social justice is the primary factor of the harmonious society. Chapter II is focus on the content of social justice.
