The Cornerstone Of Its Policy Of Implementation Of The Path Of Building A Harmonious Society

The realization of citizens' rights is the essential of the government's construction of a harmonious society. However, the conflicts between right and power disable citizens from enjoying their rights. Therefore, we should balance right and power at first. This paper commences with conflicts between right and power, lists the present conflicts in China and analyzes reasons of the conflicts. Then it is considered that confining power with right is the essential way to balance right and power for the government's construction of a harmonious society and the measure of the confinement is put forward at last.
