The civil procuratorial power is a very important system in the practice of our country. But there are a lot of problems to be solved, The supervision function of prosecutors is greatly restricted by the imperfect legislation. there exist some unreasonable problems of incompletion supervision, appealing against an arbitration clauses which are not performing the official duty of the civil lawsuit procuratorate. It is, therefore that the power should be conferred to the procuratorate institutions about civil lawsuit participation and appealing against a judgment. Thus the procuratorate system can be completed. This article discusses the interrelationship between the legal system of civil prosecutorial supervision and the contemporary civil procedural principles by the deep analysis of the emergence and development of the legal system of civil.
