Research On The Protection System Of Electronic Database

How to make the choice of China's electronic database protection mode at present is the theme of this paper, which spread out around building and improving the system for protecting China's electronic database. Whether it is necessary to establish special-right protection mode of electronic database in China, which is warmly discussed at the current stage by China's IP academy, is the other point focused on by this article, but it is not just limited to this. Difference of this paper from previous research is that it acts code / framework as a starting point and the object selected for the demonstration is outside the legal community regulation. Its aims at clarifying the boundaries between legal protection and non-legal protection and provide a new way of thinking for selection of model and building of system. Since the social value of electronic database, of course, it should be protected. However, in choice of protected mode, every country is different, and choice of China's electronic database mode is derived. Then a thought for our academic debate, namely: if it is necessary at this stage to choose our special-right protected mode; Construction should be done to protect and improve our electronic database system. This part firstly made a rough and comprehensive briefing on database protection patterns from concepts and basic characteristics of the database. Behind this understanding we found that there are a number of mistakes in database protection field.
