Study Of Social Security Equity Problem Based On Harmonious Society View

This paper analyzes equity problem of social security based on building a harmonious society. It includes the following three perspective analysis: macroscopic analysis from the aspect of nation mainly involves the development strategy in the field of social security, legislation and principle of social security and so on; intermediate perspective analysis of social security policy, refers to the formulation, implementation and evaluation of the policy. Analysis of the policy from the microscopic perspective contains how to adjust the policy to maintain the equity and the emphasis of the behavior level.The realization of the social security equity is a long process. How to effectively solve the present inequity problem of social security is a necessary point in front of social security. At present the multitudinous social security inequity question, finally may all return to original state into the policy and the system questions. First, many inequity questions on their own are caused by lack or inadequacy of the policy, regulation and system; Second is mostly the social security inequity question finally all may carries on by the adjustment through the policy revision and the system innovation. Therefore, that the social security policy has merely the equity idea is not sufficient, the research and the establishment social security policy movement equity mechanism fundamentally solves the social security inequity question key and the safeguard.From the social security inequity exposes from the social phenomenon, external condition and internal factor, this paper gives a deep research on the equity problem in order to build a harmonious society. Social security equity has close contact with reality, theory discussion characteristics and so on leading edge, enable the research to have the important theory and the reality development space.Based on the theory of social equity and its value realization in the process of building a well-off society and socialist harmonious society, this article studies the problem of equity and harmonious society. Firstly, proceeded from "harmony and equity", this research starts the importance of social equity ideal to the realization of social harmony, analyzes the inequity phenomenon in field of social security, further answers the function of social equity rule and its value, and how to promote the social harmony. At last, the conclusion: In order to achieve social security equity and development of harmonious society, the only way is to integrate social justice idea, its rules and system into the vision of social security and perfect it.
