Advanced construction is an important thesis proposed by the Communist Part in the new era. The advancement of Communist Party, essentially speaking, not only represents the preeminent characteristics of Marxist party and the superordinary tradition of Chinese nationalities, but also manifests the closed relationship and keeping pace with the times of the above two in the practice of the China's revolution, construction, and reform. In terms of cultural attribute, it is essentially a culture of ethics, social value and political principle, while in terms of it's place of cultural system, it is core element of Chinese traditional culture and an important component of an advanced socialist culture.
