Analysis On The Protection Children's Rights And Interests Under The Environment Of The Network

Along with the rapid development and application of Internet in China, children have become the important colony which uses the network. The function of network which influence the offspring's grow-up, as a kind of new social factor, is prominent gradually. The harmful contents as well as bad activities that the network brings have become a kind of newly external factor which influenced the health of them. This thesis analyses the phenomenon and reasons that juvenile's rights and interests are infringed and introduces the measures to protect them in network environment, then proposes the suggestions that strengthen the protection of them in our country under the environment of the network.This thesis is divided into three chapters:Chapter one, it introduces the objective necessaries that children attracted by network. The network, as a kind of culture form which melts new thinking and new life style, its characteristic agrees with the children's ideal demands, attracts them deeply. From the child's health rights,privacy of network rights and life and physical rights have been infringed in various degree as a starting point.
