The Analysis On The Present Condition And Counter-measure Of The Village Weaken-group

Currently,our society is experiencing the change from the traditional agriculture society to modern industry society , from the planned economy system to the market economy system . The village society also gradually divided into some social stratum with big margin on political economical and cultural character . Among them who are perplexing living problem is the rock-bottom minority in social construction community. The difference in resources and culture caused the emergence of the village weaken-group. Low economic income ,poor life ,low influence in political and being discriminated against are their characterist. So the village weaken-group problem is not only a social economic problem but also an important political issue. If the problem isn't solved appropriately, it will certainly affect political stability and the development of society. Socialism and harmonious society request our government to give them pre-eminent concern. Now the government should insist on the principle that laying equal stress on first wealth between common wealth ,effiency between fair. In order to completely realize the social target in middle-class family, our government should practice repair policy and development policy.
