The essence of the information war is still the contest of material strength supported by the spirit strength. Fighting spirit, the important part of the spirit strength in the war, is a kind of war strength concentrated and sublimed by soldier's faith, honor, emotion, will, behavior and so on. Fighting spirit is a kind of mental state which directly affects and controls the soldiers' behavior, the quality of the troops and its community, and is the crucial factor to obtain the victory of war.
