The Influential Factors Of The Soldiers Fighting Spirit And The Incentive Mechanism Research

The fighting spirit is one of the central concepts of military psychology. Since military conflict appeared, fighting spirit has always been playing an important role in the war. By using theoretic analysis, investigation on the spot, questionnaire investigation, experimental research and technique of constructing model, this research explores the model of fighting spirit, factors of influencing morale, and mechanism of inspiriting morale theoretically, explicitly, practically and systematically. The study consists of six parts, the first part of the background to the study, meaning, status and contents ; The second part of the fighting spirit of the basic theories; The third part is the fighting spirit of factors affecting the empirical studies; the fourth is the fighting spirit of the incentive mechanism; Part V is the conclusion of the study, the contribution limitations and future prospects. The paper points out that there are fourteen factors affecting the servicemen’s fighting spirit, such as service years, post, military rank, managerial approach, the promotion of post and rank, troop vista, group interaction, fair bonus-penalty, individual fulfillment, leadership level, science training, welfare benefits, common purposes, fine traditions and so on. To aim at these influential factors, the stimulating methods of the servicemen’s fighting spirit are as follows: target stimulation, leading stimulation, bonus-penalty stimulation, team interactive stimulation, strengthening self-identity stimulation, psychological training stimulation, and perfect equity mechanism stimulation.
