On Venture Capital Law Of China Under A Perspective Of Sociological Jurisprudence

This is the character of our time - investment is heated and high technology is getting innovated all the time. And venture capital, as an important investment tool, has consistently generated high returns, pushes the innovation and catches the whole world's attention.Law catalyzes venture capital. The legal system's soundness is a critical consideration for those venture capital companies when they consider whether to invest. That's why it is important for China to develop a sophisticated legal system for venture capital. In doing so, the sociological jurisprudence provide a good perspective for us to understand where the Chinese venture capital law may lead to. It's more focus on the reality of society and encourage practice, which is exactly what the venture capital law of China needs now.In this paper, the sociological jurisprudence will first be served as a analyze tool to understand the venture capital law of China and more importantly, it will guide and provide suggestions on how the venture capital legal system should be developed in the future. At the last part of this paper, a macro prospect of Chinese legal system and venture capital law's integration would be mentioned as the final goal of the law.
