The fortune of Antidumping Law is about how Antidumping Law will be developing. Concretely say, that is Antidumping Law will hold on, or disappear, or be replaced by other systems. The other is, from the outer environment in which Antidumping Law lies, to show the necessity and feasibility of Antidumping Law's duration. The conclusion of the thesis is that neither abolishing Antidumping Law nor substituting for Antidumping Law is feasible. So the most feasible way of resolving the question of Antidumping Law's fortune is only ameliorating Antidumping Law and making it back to the right path of maintaining fair competition and protecting the domestic industry moderately.Besides the introduction and conclusion,the thesis includes three chapters.Chapter 1 analyses the crisis Antidumping Law is facing. Shaking of the theoretical basis of Antidumping Law and the fact that Antidumping Law has been used as the tool of trade protectionism make its rationality suspected.Chapter 2 reveals the environment in which Antidumping Law is functioning. The coexistence of trade liberation and trade protection accounts for the necessity of Antidumping Law. The characteristic of Antidumping Law indicates that it can't be replaced by the safeguard measures and the countervailing measures. Because of the limitation of conditions, substituting for Antidumping Law with Competitive Law is also unpractical.Chapter 3 analyses three opinions of the fortune of Antidumping Law and points out that the trend of Antidumping Law is merely ameliorating the existing antidumping rules. And it elaborates the attitude of China, and brings forward suggestions for the amelioration of China's Antidumping Law.
