Study On CPC's Cognition About The Attributes Of TUC During 1949 To 1966

New China's building-up declares that the country has entered a peaceful construction period. After PRC's building-up, both Communist Party of China (CPC) and Trade union of China (TUC) had experienced gigantic change in historical setting, social environment and other conditions etc. In the process of this conversion, the cognition of CPC about double attributes of TUC also had produced change and fluctuation .Exploring the changing cognition of CPC about the double attributes of TUC from 1949-1966, it is obviously that both useful experiences and failure lessons existed in the policy and tactics that CPC handled with TUC. This paper elaborates on the changing cognition of CPC about the double attributes of TUC during 1949-1966 from four aspects.The first chapter generalizes about the historical background of CPC's changing cognition about the double attributes of TUC during 1949-1966 in three aspects, which means both CPC and TUC had experienced the changing of their social role, major task and structure nearly at the same time.The second chapters analyzes concretely on the situation of the changing cognition that CPC handled with TUC's double attributes and summarizes the features about it in that period. And then it pointes out that there were wrong tendencies or erroneous in the cognition of CPC about TUC 's double attributes.The third chapter probes the causes that affected the cognition, which includes three aspects: the ruling manner of CPC ; the contradiction between independent character of TUC and the leadership of CPC ; the existing divergences and disputes in Party's TUC theory .It also points out the main cause leading to deviation on the cognition.The forth chapter summed up useful experiences and enlightenment learned from CPC's changing cognition about the double attributes of TUC on the basis of detailed analyses on this paper, which is CPC should last the political attribute of TUC for its ruling but meanwhile the social attribute of TUC (relative independence) must be valued.From the exposition, the final part revealed that CPC should balance political attribute and social attribute of TUC and continue to reinforce and improve Party leadership. Meanwhile, to take history as warning, CPC should define the independent role of TUC and attach enough importance to the double attributes of TUC.
