In contrast, after thousands of years of Western democratic development and perfection, the theory and practice of the civil supervision have accumulated valuable experiences. Certainly socialist democracy and bourgeois democracy is essentially different, therefore when treating the practical experience of the Western civil supervision, we can not simply copied, but must be based on current conditions and historical tradition conditions, as a reference point and starting point for our own progress, and services for China's socialist democratic politics.At present, our country is at the convergence of traditional society and modern society in transition, the possibility of building a socialist democracy and fully protecting the rights that the people are the masters is the key for the reform to success.
