Secondly, construct plaintiff systems in class action for consumer interests and rights, from the view point of the affirmation and modes of class, as well as test cases and consolidation litigations. Thirdly, go along with some reforms of match systems to ameliorate litigation environment for plaintiff, such as theamicus curiae providing amicus brief. Finally, set up some restrictions to the plaintiff, from the view point of the relationships among the plaintiff and defendant, lawyer, judger etc., so as to avoid the plaintiff abuses the group litigation systems.
