Bilingual teaching program is a new demand to our legal educationon the background of economic globalization and educational internationalization. Under the new situation of the economic globalization and entry to the WTO of China, bilingual talents who have both rich professional knowledge and skilled English are popular. International Economic Law is one of fourteen basic courses for the specialty of law. Due to its unique content and characteristics, bilingual teaching of International Economic Law has obvious necessity and feasibility. It is significant to promote reform and opening-up policy and improve the international competitiveness. The thesis includes five parts. Part 1 introduces the definition of bilingual teaching and three main models of bilingual teaching. Part 2 discusses the necessity of bilingual teaching of International Economic Law. Part 3 analyzes the content of bilingual teaching of International Economic Law. Part 4 studies the current situation of bilingual teaching in International Economic Law and their problems, such as teachers, students, textbooks, class teaching, teaching methods, teaching effect, teaching evaluation. Part 5 puts forward some suggestions on how to launch the bilingual teaching of International Economic Law effectively.
